Down Repel (300ml)

Grangers Down Repel is a wash-in waterproofing treatment specifically formulated to restore durable water-repellency to down and synthetic down-filled jackets, sleeping bags, and insulated gear. PFC-free, bluesign® approved, and effective without heat activation, it is one of the most responsible and straightforward ways to extend the life and performance of your most-used insulation.

• Wash-in application — pour directly into the detergent drawer and run a standard machine wash cycle; no spray or manual application required.
• Adds durable water-repellency — restores the DWR finish to down and synthetic down-filled items, preventing feathers and insulation from clumping when wet and maintaining warmth.
• Maximises breathability — the PFC-free formula restores protection without blocking the breathability of technical fabrics including GORE-TEX® and eVent® linings.
• Effective without heat activation — air-drying is sufficient for effective results, though tumble-drying on a low heat (where the care label permits) will further enhance performance and durability.
• Restores to like-new performance — compatible with down, synthetic down, hydrophobic down treatments such as DownTek, and technical laminates.
• Neutral smell — no added fragrance; ideal for active outdoor use and field situations where scent neutrality matters.
• Bluesign® approved and PFC-free — a water-based, environmentally responsible formulation in a 100% Post-Consumer Recycled (PCR) bottle.

Top tip: for best results, clean your down first with Grangers Down Wash before reproofing — clean feathers accept the treatment more effectively and the restored loft will be noticeably better.
