Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. We also offer expedited 2-day shipping for those last-minute expeditions.

Are your materials sustainably sourced?

Yes, Great Outdoors is committed to the environment. 80% of our current collection is made from recycled polyester, organic cotton, or bluesign® approved fabrics.

How do I find the right size?

Each product page features a detailed 'Size & Fit' guide. Since outdoor layering varies, we recommend sizing up if you plan to wear thermal base layers underneath your shell.

How should I care for my waterproof technical gear?

To maintain the DWR coating, we recommend machine washing on a cold, gentle cycle with technical cleaner and tumble drying on low heat to reactivate the water repellency.
