Women's Konos TRS Hiking Shoe

The Columbia Women's Konos TRS Hiking Shoe is a fast and light trail shoe built around Columbia's Omni-MAX™ Plus cushioning platform — combining adaptive cushioning, stability, and the Adapt Trax™ outsole for confident wet-and-dry grip on trail. At 240g per shoe, it delivers the agility of a trail runner with the purposeful support of a technical hiking shoe, and the gusseted tongue keeps debris out on variable terrain. The non-waterproof mesh construction maximises breathability for drier conditions and fast-drying performance.

  • Adapt Trax™ outsole — Columbia's advanced traction compound with a hike-specific 4mm lug tread pattern optimised for grip in wet and dry conditions; multi-directional lugs maximise surface contact on trails while the outsole's groove pattern gives the shoe excellent flexibility underfoot.
  • Omni-MAX™ Plus cushioning system — the Techlite+™ midsole cradles the heel for balance and stability while deflection domes in the forefoot and heel actively absorb impact and adapt to pressure as terrain changes, reducing cumulative stress on the foot across long, fast days on trail.
  • Deep flex grooves in the forefoot — allow the shoe to flex naturally with the foot's motion for a more efficient, forward-rolling stride; noticeable on fast descents and varied terrain where foot articulation matters.
  • Navic Fit™ lace system — a lace-webbing construction that provides natural midfoot lockdown and holds the heel firmly in place during descent, preventing the heel lift that causes blisters and instability on uneven ground.
  • Gusseted tongue — blocks trail debris, grit, and small stones from entering the shoe through the lacing area, a meaningful practical feature for off-trail and loose-surface hiking.
  • Technical mesh upper with no-sew overlays — lightweight, breathable polyester mesh with no-sew overlay construction for targeted durability and support; the open mesh maximises airflow and dries quickly after wet crossings.
  • Lightweight at 240g — the non-waterproof TRS is the lightest in the Konos family, making it the right choice for fast hiking and trail use in drier conditions where breathability and weight matter more than waterproofing.
