Tenacious Tape GORE-TEX Fabric Patches

Gear Aid Tenacious Tape GORE-TEX Fabric Patches are made from genuine GORE-TEX® material with an ultra-aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive — the correct patch for repairing tears, holes, and punctures in GORE-TEX® jackets, ski pants, waders, and gloves while maintaining true waterproof-breathable protection. Two patches per pack in two sizes allow you to cut to the exact shape and coverage needed, and heat application dramatically improves long-term bond durability. • Made from genuine GORE-TEX® fabric — the patch material is authentic GORE-TEX®, restoring true waterproof and breathable protection to the repair area rather than simply covering it with a non-breathable overlay.
• Ultra-aggressive pressure-sensitive adhesive — bonds immediately on contact with firm pressure; the adhesive continues to strengthen over the first 12–24 hours after application, reaching full bond strength without requiring heat.
• Two patches in two sizes — one 7.6cm round patch and one 10 x 5cm rectangle patch per pack; both can be cut to custom shapes and sizes to match the repair needed, with rounded corners recommended for best long-term edge adhesion.
• Heat activation for maximum durability — applying heat after the patch is in place — either in a tumble dryer on a regular setting for 30 minutes, or with a medium-heat iron using circular motion for 30 seconds — significantly improves bond strength and longevity.
• Washable and weatherproof — once applied and allowed to set for 24 hours, the patch holds through machine washing and all weather conditions without peeling; do not machine wash before applying the patch as this can enlarge the tear.
• No sewing required — peel, apply with pressure from the centre outward to eliminate air bubbles, and the repair is usable immediately; the garment can be used straight away while the adhesive reaches full strength.
• Compatible with all GORE-TEX® garments — suitable for GORE-TEX® jackets, ski and snowboard pants, waders, gloves, and all GORE-TEX® waterproof-breathable gear.
