The Petzl IRVIS® Flexlock Crampons are a lightweight, compact, and durable option for glacier travel, classic mountaineering, and ski touring. Built with a 10-point steel construction, they offer a dependable balance of stability on hard snow and traction on ice, making them well suited to general alpine use. The wide front points provide solid purchase in snow, while the ANTISNOW system helps reduce snow build-up in changing conditions. This Flexlock version is designed to work with a broad range of boots, including footwear without toe and heel welts, and the tool-free length adjustment makes fitting quick and straightforward. With Petzl’s modular ALPEN ADAPT system, key components can also be replaced separately, helping extend the life of the crampons over time.
